Would love to hear how it compares to the new Spec Levo SL.
I'm basically deciding between this Moterra SL or the new SL 2 as an addition to my full power Tlevo so a comment on that from you guys would really be helpful.
    Thanks in advance!

Deciding between the Cannondale and a Levi SL, is like deciding whether to eat a slice of cheese or run your butt with boat milk. One has virtually nothing to do with the other!

Did you decide? I am thinking the same but edging toward the moterra sl2 over the levo 1.2 sl. Surely the power swings it?

I ordered the Lab 71 version of this bike. Delivery was delayed because there was an issue with production of some type of battery cover. Hopefully I'll have it by the end of this month. I have a Turbo Levo right now. The weight of the Moterra Sl, it's geo, and full power seem to be the best of both worlds. My question is, the Levo has a 38. How do you feel about the 36 on this bike? I feel like if I am going to swap out anything on this bike I would throw a 38 on it for stiffness and control. I am a heavier rider at 210 pounds geared up. Do you believe that would change the ride characteristics of this bike? Terrain I ride is Las Vegas which is desert, rocky, harsh.

Don't worry about the 36 Fax Foctory 😁
I may ride like a Nanna, but on my mullet GT Force Amp+ the 36 doesn't hold me back.
      I'm 245lb, butt-nekid 🤙

The way you talk about this bike 🚲 me would think that it was something totally groundbreaking. They’ve taken a motor that’s been around forever and combined it with a battery that’s too small. Amazing!!! Everyone’s dream!!!! Always hearing my mates moaning about how they have way too much battery capacity…

Thank you for your feedback mate. We couldn't agree less with you though, and given that we've spent months riding this particular bike as well as literally dozens of other e-MTB over the past 12 months, we're pretty confident in our opinion. How many 'SL' or sub 20kg e-Bikes have over 600Wh batteries?

@@revolutionmountainbike sorry, mate, but this isn’t some sort of technical “masterpiece”. It’s the e-bike motor version of light casing tyres… it may look great on a scale, but its utility in the real world is limited. What’s the point of a full power bike that you have to ride at half power because otherwise you run out of juice quicker than you can say “bought and paid for”! So now you have a bike that you cant really ride with SL bikers, or at least you can’t use your power or a bike that means you can’t keep up with the full power guys because you run out of battery. The weight in an e-bike makes basically no difference to how it rides for 99.99% of riders, at least not in the 1-3 kilo range. The Kenevo SL rides just the same as a Levo set up with a cascade link and travelled to 170. The notion that an average rider somehow performs better because of his bike is simply wrong. The weight and quality of your bike only plays a role for top riders. Average Joe or even above average Joe couldn’t tell the difference in a blind test. And whilst everyone want to pretend that they can feel the difference in that 1 degree of angle change, it’s horse shit! This bike is the result of marketing, not good engineering! It’s a slogan bike that satisfies neither the power hungry nor the weight conscious. But only independent reviewers would actually voice such an opinion. I truly forget the last time that any of you UA-cam marketeers said a single negative thing about a test bike or brand. And there’s a lot to say!!!!
