I enjoyed your video on Annency. We were fortunate to also have sunny weather for our full day there when my daughter and I took a Go Ahead Jewels of the Alpine tour in 2016 to see the countries of the Alps, and Annecy was a stop. The sun brings out all the bright colors especially at the lake with so many large white swans. I had not previously heard of Annency but thought its scenery was awesome. Funny thing is we had a very large hill climb to Chateau D' Annency from our direction there and I am even a daily walker. From St. Louis, U.S.
Hey Larry, so nice to hear the video brought back memories. We loved Annecy, a different part of France, and we love those differences - a lot like the US. Thank you for views of this beautiful town. We visited here on our way via train to Chaminix. I regret we didn’t have an opportunity to discover Annecy as you did. We were weary from our train ride and made a beginners mistake in carrying way to much luggage on our backs so we just stayed at the train station for 4 hours. I certainly would like the opportunity to discover this beautiful time whenever COVID releases its grip on our world and leisure travel days are possible once more
