If I need some external support - like in configuration of workstation etc. what can I have as an Individual - I can pay for RHEL, but what differences will there be - CentOS community vs. RHEL and paid plan? I can read documentation etc. but can I count that someone can review my config while there is SELinux Deny for example?

Without a workstation subscription, you won't be able to engage Red Hat support for any issues. However, as an individual, you might look to our Red Hat subreddit! www.reddit.com/r/redhat/

RHEL for Workstation is more geared towards high-end development or scientific workloads. It is not well tuned for desktop or gaming activities. You may want to look into the Fedora Linux desktop for that use case!
