For anyone planning to travel to northeast, don't forget to visit Majuli & Kaziranga in Assam, Golflink and Laitlum in Meghalaya, Tawang in Arunachal. The rest I haven't even visited myself. Assam is best during April (Bihu) and Shillong is best during November ( Cherry Blossom Festival comes in this time, if I'm not wrong). Anime and kpop fans can visit during the seasons of Anime Con (Naga cosplayers are awesome I tell you) and Arunachal hosts a lot of regional contests on Kpop (idk about other states). If you love snow, Tawang is a must. Sorry I can't provide any details about the rest of the NE states as I haven't been there myself so dont want to misguide you. Have a great trip! ❤

India is versatile..... Multicultural, multicolor, multilingual..... India is a world itself....... I ❤ my motherland........ U r always Wellcome bro

We love all the people of North-East India and any discrimination against them is shameful. It saddens me deeply to see people humiliating others based on appearance. Hope people can go beyond these racism and spread Love. ❤ ... Loved this video.
Thank you, but even if there exists people like you, it is a very tiny percentage. I can't tell you the number of time we have been faced unpleasant situations despite being citizens of the same country that claims to have "unity in diversity". Sadly, I think unity in diversity might be present among the other states of India that excludes northeast. Kindly do not take offence, just sharing my experience sadly
@@SirinaX I understand ur pain... I cant say I would ever be able to fathom it though... I would like to apologize for the wrongs been done to you, if that worth anything ... I hope one day people could get out of their petty mindset and end racism ... 😭❤️❤️
@@SirinaX nope majority is non racist. More education will bring more awareness 🙏🏻
@@aparichitthestranger7907 I have encountered more racists than non racists. I'm particularly talking about my own experiences, as I was sharing them with the commenter who seemed non - racist to me. It's like every time I meet someone outside the northeast, they use offensive words and makes jokes about our "Chinese" ethnicity, I always look AND sound Chinese to them, and they think I'll take it as a compliment when they say that. (No hate to China)
Yes, you're right, the spread of awareness will help. But it is going to take forever, but it's fine for me since I don't have to go out of northeast anymore. Hopefully people who think like you will outnumber the racists 🙏
@@SirinaX I'm sorry for what you had to go through. And I feel North East Indians are much much more patriotic than many Indians of other regions. I hope things get better soon. In Uttrakhand we have lot of North Eastern people and also many Tibetans and believe me they one of the best when it comes to etiquettes and ethics.

Northeast India is so beautiful and stunning! The people are friendly and food is good and the climate is fantastic. It has lots of culture. We love Northeast india from odisha.
@Nature Lover not good but not bad either 😄
@Nature Lover there are many different varieties of food from different race, not just Assamese, which are quite tasty but I can't deny the fact that some food are discusting too..
The best thing I like about Inwook is that he's honest-to-goodness, I mean he never pretends. Also, Inwook knows how to react and deal with numerous people and situations. I hope he always stays straightforward and cheerful and lives his life to the fullest. As a person residing near northeast India, I really loved the vlog. As a northeast,I'm so glad you visited meghalaya! Usually,(in my opinion) we are most of the time invisible to the other Indian side- when i came to meghalaya after 3 years,i taught they were south-east Asian sinces they look so much like Chinese/korean and Japanese. i hope you enjoyed the journey! 🥰

I can feel you buddy.
As an Indian, the worst things I hate:
1) spitting
2) pollution of air, roads in metropolitan cities
3) honking.
4) throwing garbage in environment 😅
I don't know about other places in India but I'm born in Northeast part of India & I'm proud of it...and I hope all the other parts of people in India will accept us ..and stop calling us Chinese or anything just because we look similar...

Outsiders face same discrimination in North east.
Don't you dare make it sound like it's north or south problem.
Just few weeks ago outsiders were openly being kicked by khasi student unions who were supposedly protesting against unemployment.
They were literally assaulting random people on roads who didn't look like them.
Have you ever in your entire life seen similar stuff happening anywhere else in the north or south?
@@abhilash9918 and yes I have seen similar stuff happening in delhi with people from north east. Google it. You will come across many such incidents.

Dude I was literally crying throughout the video... Believe me or not idrc... I am originally from North India but the way I connect to Northeast people and their culture is on another level.... When you went to Police Bazaar I literally missed that place so dang much.... I stayed in Shillong for about 2 yrs and I swear I miss that place (and other Northeast states) so much.... And even tho I was in Shillong in 2017 it hasn't changed a bit 😭🖤
Edit : Laitlun Canyon and Dawki... Ugh the best memories of Shillong!! You should have visited Cherapunjee as well it is really beautiful there even tho it's a bit more cold there... There is also this beautiful place... I forgot it's name cause it's been so long since I went there but there is like a hill extension type and you can literally see the borders of Bangladesh... My Bharat is like a mini world in itself, there’s so many things to see , so many things to try, so many cultures and so many traditions. And one of thing that bound us is that India/Bharat lives inside of us all. North, South, East, West one Bharat. We have so far and yet so many milestones to cover. There are things we need to learn and adapt to and many many more we can give to the world. I’m glad you enjoyed my Bharat, thanks for visiting. Come back again.
Add Nagaland have dzukou valley
itni badi list 💀
Golflink is not really that much of a nice place when in meghalaya, double decker root bridges and other places are there and if you ever visit meghalaya again I would like to suggest you more places.. A week's stay would be worth it
And yes cherry blossom season is the best to visit shillong. But sadly this year's cherry blossom Festival is cancelled since the state is met with unforeseen and very sad and unfortunate events
Of course yall mfs keep forgetting Mizoram exists. The most disciplined and peaceful state.
I welcome you all to the north part of india, that state named uttrakhand(land of god), really a beautiful place. A huge love from india🇮🇳dev bhoomi uttrakhand

2:06 One thing is common in india and that is stereotype/racism.
North Indians mock south indian call them madrasi, south indian mock North Indians call everyone above south India as north Indians, west Indians mock and beat up wala bhaiyas and biharis.
