Great footage and explanations! I shared your video to a volcano-interested discord-group, which was started by a guy who moved from Switzerland to Iceland. He's married to an Icelandic women and collected lots of videos, photos, geological reports on his channel.
Thanks Anna, a nice recent historical review of the wider Reykjanes peninsular eruptions, not all connected though, to the same underground plumbing system. Those of December 2023 and more recent in the Sundnhukur Fissures have been fed from a shallow Sill of about 20km diameter and 3-4km deep beneath region of Eldvorp to Porbjorn and north past Svartsengi PP to the west of Sylingarfell. Where as the others were related directly to the Fagradasfjall deep magma supply. HAHA - and you missed the 6th Sundhnukur eruption of August 22nd which ran for just 14 days but had the highest eruptive flow at the start of all of them... LOL. Well done! Excuse my US keyboard...
