Great review. I love mine. As a daily it's really comfortable on UK roads. I couldn't care less about it being 4 cylinders. The interior is amazing and it's got the power when I need it.
I've seen these going for £100,000 on Autotrader. I get the 4-pot, superfast C Class, and I think it's a masterful move to drop the V8 … but £100,000!

You don't need to go and get your head looked at. This is a GREAT review. Having driven the new C43 and C63E recently, I do also think the W206 C43 is the sweet spot for a performance AMG in the C Class range (W206).
Yes it doesn't have a 6 Cylinder. Do I miss it? Yes. However, It could have easily been an EV... It's nice to see this car appreciated for what it is. Not everyone's cup of tea which I understand.
Lastly, 2.0L 4 pot AMG's have been around for years (A/CLA/GLA 45). So people need to stop complaining.

Modern infotainment systems are just to distracting there great and can access loads but we need physical buttons back in cars not 17 million menu screens to change the heating temp or radio station mcm did a good test on this with the golf range one quick glance ac on in one variant 7 ish glances in the more tech heavy variant
Funny thing is it’s safer to use your phone, which is illegal
The elctric part makes it Supercharged too, awesome oower, still they should have 6, 9 ,12 liter V8s

Talking about the seats. I had a c450 and the seats were designo but they were the most uncomfortable ride especially after 12 hours of driving. I hope your right . In June my c43 will arrive … that’s what they say anyway.

Is anybody gonna tell him "Dialyable" isn't a real word or are we all caught up in the furore of a 4 cylinder AMG that we're just gonna keep hush 😂.
The biggest problem this car have right now is the M340i. The performance gap between these two "supposedly" comparable car is just HUGE. The M340i can pull 3.8s easily while the C43 can barely reach low 4 seconds. It's okay to be slower, but THAT much slower? Hard to swallow.
If u call VW GTI best car you no have idea abut GTI category or drive experience first drive i30n after talk abut hatch back and you need understand what is behind of 43c technology stability flat no lag turbo EQ boost then talk abut real cars.

You DD a cheap lexus. This car is nothing like your lexus. When it breaks outside of warranty with all its complicated tech (which it will) it will be straight to the rubbish heap as it wont be worth fixing.

I have a Lexus I’m telling u Lexus is kinda trash I own a 22 is350 f sport I wish it had more power and a better interior
@JamBear786 any c with a V8 will make me happy. Will never sell my c55 :)
