Severance "Waffle Party, Goats, and Painting" Connection (Spoilers)

Severance is my new favorite series and I've compiled every reference and connection with the waffle dance party, baby goats, and that ominous painting. What does it mean?
It seems like Lumon and Kier's family are a cult. And the waffle dance is a replication of Kier's secret obsession or doings. The "Kier song" is so creepy. Performed perfectly by Patricia Arquette. I've been impressed with her in this show. I haven't seen most of her in other movies, but I quite admired her acting and subtle performances. I can't wait for Season 2. It's interesting cuz the colors that the dancing women are wearing, white, red and black, are ancient symbols for the three stages of a woman's life: virgin, mother, and crone. The woman in white does have a mask that resembles a scared virgin, and perhaps "dread". The dancer in black looks like the witch/crone, perhaps woe? but the dancer in red has the jester mask, suggesting the mother stage involves some type of trickery, frolic or malice? Foreshadowing, the birth of something sinister from Lumon..
