Thanks for sharing ! We fulltime traveled for 6 years. It was wonderful ! We can't anymore , so it's extra nice to fallow You , Kevin , Lorena , and Paul. Keep having fun and stay safe. ;)
It's a small thing but if you stay in places a couple of weeks it's worth putting out. Woodpeckers like them too! Likewise and we'll see you next year!
Yes! They seem to be common at parks that have long-term stays. In Palm Springs we stayed at a park where the propane guy gave you a sign to put in the window when you needed him to stop.
What was experience like at Playa Norte RV park? Internet/WIFI? Management? Owner William? How far in advance did you make your reservation and when you arrived did you get the site that you requested? Thanks Mark
Parks in Mexico aren't the same as parks in the U.S. For example, you might have a 30 amp site but you're not likely to get 30 amps. Power goes out sometimes. So does the water. These are place issues though and not park problems. We like Playa Norte but we also keep these things in mind. There is park WIFI but it is mostly unusable, especially when the park is closer to full. AT&T is now in parks of Mexico and has a tower reachable from the park. We used that for the first part of our stay, and then when we realized we'd be there all season we got service from Toronet, a local provider. That worked okay but still had ups and downs. William wasn't on site last season. Ulises was the manager. He wasn't around much but was available by phone and his number is posted at his site. We did not make a reservation. We just showed up mid October and we had our choice of sites. We have a reservation in for next season. Not sure how things will go this coming season with more people able to travel. Hope some of that helps!
None whatsoever! We drink the water (filtered) and eat fresh fruits and vegetables all the time. We don't eat out much but haven't had any problems there either. We've been to Mexico, Baja and Mainland, at least half a dozen times and have never had a problem.
That's great to hear about the propane coming to you and I do enjoy seeing what you all are up to down there. The vegan ice cream place is so on my list!

I’m glad you can come along with us in spirit!
Hey guys. We like the idea of the hummingbird feeder. And we look forward to meeting you two on the caravan

Any 'zumas revenge experiences with local produce and/or restos?

It was a nice surprise finding an ice cream shop with vegan ice cream (not just sorbet) for sure!
