Interesting. I won't expect a Senior Counsel and former magistrate to say things in public that would entail breaking the law. Anyway, it would be interesting proceedings to follow those ones if they reach the courts. Who do you reckon will be the complainant in the case against Karūa; Ruto or DCI?
@stevemugii I bet he won't dare. That would induce a thousand others to make complaints against him. You know, he is our TRUMP. The American Chief hustler billionaire has scores of cases where he has either been convicted or awaiting trial before the swearing in January. Many Kenyans would look for lawyer Joash for representation. That is the time he might realize 2027 is too far away beyond the horizon- and go back home.
@stevemugii Ruto, like every other Kenyan, is entitled to raise a complaint if he feels unhappy with what has been said about him. The rest of us will do like we have learned from our most honourable politicians, Ruto central among them, and will characteristically not disappoint, but depending on your politicalnpersuasion and related criteria jeer or cheer from the ringside. A small number will strive to be objective, and hopefully, our courts will dispense justice. Maybe the Iron Lady is saying, "daktari, bring it on!" Kenyans can't afford to let a good political wrestling match just go to waste. We can't wait for the whistle to be blown by the good doctor.
