It's like a 180 then a flair. Sounds easy, but its impressive, especially because of the change of direction required. You've got to do a 180, stop that momentum, and then go into a flair.

hence the reason i said 180 TO flair. watch a slow-mo or pause it appropriately, you can clearly see that he does a basic 180 before beginning the inverted portion of his trick. flair is 180 backflip, he starts 180s first but lands forwards and backflips after the first 180. LOOKS LIKE HE DID A 180 BACKFLIP AFTER THE FIRST 180. go put some glasses on next time.
@kalmankristof not rynolds. he throws in way to many tricks. being clean is about flowing really well, and its hard to do that when you doing every trick, with a bar spin thrown it

ok his facing backwards so it is a flair but because he has started a rotation the flip part of the flair is off centre thus the barrel roll look.
