Woah... these are good. I just got them and from first listen was shocked... the gap is definitely closing, its getting hard to differentiate between the cheaper and more expensive IEMs! Over the years its been quite easy to see with cheap IEMs where their fault/s lie but now its getting harder... the faults are getting harder to find.. for now this is the best IEM I have heard at this price, just amazing.
As a big coffee fan i've always been intrigued by these cause well, they're literally named Coffee Bean haha. Thanks for the review ! For 15-20$ these are mighty tempting but i'm already eye-balling the BL-07, Tinhifi T3 Plus, Tripowin Mele and ZEX Pro and can't decide 😓 I love my Arias but sometimes i'm like man, i wish i had more bass and especially subbass.
Great shell, very comfortable, terrific bass and sub-base, mids aren't bad and highs are ok - definitely a bass head IEM. Just chuck the cable in the trash and put a nice Kinboofi or NICEhck balanced and let them breathe. Absolutely great for action movies. At sub $20 just get some; if you like your bass thump you won't regret it 😁
I came across these while browsing Amazon a couple months ago. It was quite literally "I like coffee, and I like cheap stuff", so I bought them. I didn't even bother reading reviews. They've been my daily drivers since then. I plan on picking up the Emerald to see how those are.
@@michaelcorcoran8768 I still use them, and still love them. They're easily one of the most comfortable IEMs I own, and I quite like their warmer sound signature. No fatigue with these things.
Yeah I took a chance on these sale for 12 or $13 and I really enjoy them. I put them on the blon H2 neckband adapter. Paid less than 30 bucks for the entire thing including the neck band and the iems
Bought them, love them! They compete with my home system. Punch, slam and dynamics are excellent. Separation and staging are, also. Comfort is industry leading. Push them as far as you can into ear for best response. 20$! . . . impossible.
Great review as always! The TFZ Live3s I had a while ago before losing one sounded good, but the bass was lacking in my opinion even though it was advertised as a bassy iem, it was more bloated upper bass instead of the nice deep sub bass. I love bass and im wondering what would be better these cheaper coffee beans iems, the Tripowin Mele's for 50$, FiiO FHE Eclipses for 145$, the older Ikko OH10s at 160$ or the Yume Midnights crinacle at 200$ I am mostly looking for a daily driver that sounds clear but with alot of deep bass, (boosted 20~30hz region). Would love to know your personal opinion.
I have the Openheart Resin. Great value,, and excellent accessories, with a really nice cable., case, lots of eartips. They are really well made, fit and comfort is good. They sound full and warm. V shaped but musical and non fatiguing. They are unique looking as well. I went for the purple, which is quite dark, but when it catches the light they look fab. I also like the Coffee Bean, but I gave it to my wife to use. The Openheart is a winner. Cheers
@@geoffreykelly5946 Thank you very much for your insight on the OpenHeart Resin Earbuds. I'm in a tight budget and I think they are the best option at the moment for me.
I have tried them both and I prefer the coffee beans. They're both good value iems but the coffee beans are more comfortable for me with that little silicone wing and I prefer the aesthetic. And the sound quality are pretty similar in terms of sound signature
@@michaelcorcoran8768 I heard that the ES4 are a lot more poppy andless bass boosted tho? I am also looking between those two, and I'll hav to say that the beans are way nicer looking and I believe better constructed too
I don't really know if you'll respond to this since these sparked my interest to getting, is it possible to get a Bluetooth adapter for these IEM's and which ones to be more specifically?
@@PrimeAudioReviews sorry for asking again, but the UTWS5 seem to be in a configuration for the Fiio IEM's, do you know of any other that are to these IEM's?

T3 Plus is a good option . ZEX Pro doesn't growl. I haven't heard the bl07.

That was good intuition!
Yeah I saw them there was like a coupon for $8 off when they were priced at $20 so $12 total. I got the brown ones because I liked the aesthetic

What would you recommend cca coffee bean or salnote zero?

I'd say the OH10 if you're okay with the heavier shells.
@Prime Audio Reviews
Appreciate the recommendation! 🤘 just ordered my pairs of OH10s 😃
Hi mate merry Xmas. So what would you say are the biggest bass IEM's but are clean sound to. Are there budget ones. Are these the ones in this video.
Yes, I would say these are the way to go for a clean budget bass IEMs.
@@PrimeAudioReviews I'm used to bluetooth earbuds I have the Jabra Elite 75T. Do IEM'S smash wireless out of the park.
@@malarkey102 Not like they used to. Bluetooth sounds good nowadays, especially stuff with LDAC and aptX HD.

@@doge9449 They were $38 cdn. Best overall package at that price.
Might have to try this one out..
Yeah, might as well for that price!
Can third party eartips like SpinFits work on this or does it require its own eartips that it comes with?
Yes, of course. An Eartip that gives you a great seal will be better than any stock tip that doesn't fit perfectly.
Which is better the ccz coffee bean or kz edx pro my main purpose is video editing
You should look at something closer to neutral for video editing. Check the CCA CXS or 7Hz Zero.
Any good with a Switch lite? I just ordered some👍
Yes, should be perfect for that.
They've arrived and are perfect thanks👍@@PrimeAudioReviews
Hi, I'm thinking of buying Kz es4 or this, which one should I pick?
I haven't tried ES4 so I can't say. However, Coffee Bean is a very nice IEM, especially if you like elevated bass.

Yes, absolutely. I would recommend the FiiO UTWS5. Or, if you don't mind using the cable, the FiiO BTR5 (latest version) or Shanling UP5.
@@PrimeAudioReviews thanks! I'm just really used to wireless earbuds and I don't have aux port on my phone

@@anthonyandrade9399 check the TRN BT30. It has different connector options. I think coffee bean is 0.75mm c pin
@@PrimeAudioReviews thank you!
Do you prefer these over CCA CRA?
Not exactly. Sometimes and for certain genres I'd like the extra bass from the Bean. CRA is more mature and has a cleaner sound. Both great IEMs.
Review the CCA Cra please
It's lost in transit but should arrive soon.
@@PrimeAudioReviews alright I'll be waiting for it !
Is this better than the CRA?
Only if you like big bass.
@@PrimeAudioReviews I am a bit worried of the CRA being fatiguing :(
This or CVJ CSA?
CVJ has more forward mids, smoother treble and a warmer overall signature. Coffee Bean is more V-shaped and has slightly better detail retrieval.
