THANK YOU KETO CHOW for making this video available for the masses to watch & learn & spread. Those of us who haven't yet been able to attend any of the low Carb/Carnivore cruises/summits or conferences TRULY ARE GRATEFUL for you & many others who make this content/ talks/ presentations available to us. THANK YOU FOB THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! This presentation by Dr. Boz is phenomenal, as usual. As was the one you already recently make available from Dr. Westman. AMAZING!

These slides are worth more than a million words. I'm a visual person and Dr. Bosworth's talk is VERY helpful for me to digest all the talks by other influencers. Looking forward to similar lectures about other areas of metabolism.

Wow loved the way you broke it down to where someone like me who knows nothing of medical terminology could understand. Thank you. 4 months + in more of a ketovore lifestyle and A1C down to 6.6 from 10 I would love to see 5s. Last took self test in early June and thought you had to wait 3 months. Have kit that I got from Amazon with several tests , now I know I can check once a month to gage my progress more effectively. Anyway thank you for promoting Good Health.😊

I think the use of "zit" here is both incorrect and misguided. We dont need any more demonization of healthy LDL.
Also the term "pimple" is a commonly used reference to the athrosclerotic plaque that is prone to bursting.
Seems like you had it right at the beginning of the presentation. A healthy LDL does not have macrophage inside it and all the inflamation etc that is inside of a zit.

I start out with saying that I am a fan of Dr Bosworth for many years and Dr Bosworth is very knowledgeable but I did find it difficult to follow the the first 30 minutes. I was painful for me because I have no reason to know Nanoparticle size or if my arteries a squishy if I poke them because this will not happen, non accessible to me.
The last seven minutes were pure gold.

If you need more insight into what those sizes mean, I would recommend pausing the video, open a web browser, and do a few minutes of digging around. I'm sure you'll be able to quickly find the insight you're looking for and will better be able to understand the presentation due to the knowledge you just unlocked with your efforts.

Interesting but who is the more accomplished Dr berry or Dr McDougall both are looking good on there way of health eating, but 💯opposite to the ways in treating disease and living a life.
