Let's be real, Alpha is good against low tier opponents but if you play alpha against good opponents it gets easily counter and hardly it can do anything if your team is not good enough in team fights... so Alpha jungler is literally a failed in Pro scenes against any good opponents
Alpha can be a good counterpick against tank jungles like Barats and Fredrinn as his true damage can shred through them. I do agree though he's pretty easy to stop
