Yes. As soon as the weather got nice enough in the fall I would do this instead of the gym. Lived about a half hour from the summit on foot, so it was a perfect amount for exercise.
Last time I has there, it was 1975. My cousin Eleni and I went to the top and ate at the restaurant that was there at the time. I'm not sure if it's the same place, as I didn't make it there this last fall. Perhaps I will in 2023. Thanks for the great shots.
Awesome! Yeah I think it's just that cafe on the north side of the summit that's there now for dining. Was likely very different in 1975. I hope you'll make it there next year!

Yes the hike definitely needs strong legs so it’s nice they have the teleferik so anyone can get a chance to go to the top.

Yes it's about that much from Kolonaki. But could be faster depending on how fast you go up.

Not all the way, but there is a funicular you can take to the top if you don’t want to hike it.
