Loving the Madass. Swapped my na imprezza for my bosses madass125. Did the oil cooler, full clean and flush. Currently fitting a 735mm upside down fork and drilling and tapping holes to fit a downhill mtb bar/stem ;)
You have any videos of your mods?
@@tjnucnuc Hi Tyler, the forks didnt end up working, I swapped the sachs + $1200 for a klr650
@@justgarethsphone9663 nice swap. Congrats.
I seen one yesterday and had to check and see if it was you. Some big guy was driving it but it was cool to see one in person.
saw one
The stock ehxaust is probably restricting it alot too, but still impressive ,great job man, love the videos.
Please keep up the Madass videos. I recently bought a mint one and an about to do the same mods minus the cam. They are fun cheap little bikes.
this was my dream bike many years ago!
looking like it's time for a pipe now. Great Work Jack
i love these videos so much as i too dabble with smaller cc engines. next throw a better exhaust on it and regear the output sprocket and watch ya hit 70mph with ease!! also if ya have a hard time getting parts, im in canada and can help
I should have offered up my 08' Honda wave 110 to you Jack. But selling to the USA from canada might not have worked. Because the bike was imported from VIetnam and somehow skipped through the model year limitations for import.
I'd love a Wave!
Well, THAT'S what it needed! maybe a rear sprocket, and exhaust But how fast you really want to go? I kinda wish you showed a time lapse of the work being done. 👍
There is a wafer style "catalytic converter" inside the "bulge" in the header. I have a pic somewhere. It would probably not restrict the bike a lot but would interfere with the flow of the exhaust somewhat. I have fitted a replacement exhaust pipe to my Mikuni carbed stock engine with a smaller rear sprocket from OO Racing and run approx 65MPH top speed.
Need to upjet for the cam too 👍 great vid
Hilarious how it just revs to the moon. 11K RPM on a mono is a lot.
Good power out of this. I think if you don't rev it past 10K all the time, it should last forever.
Hey man. What a great setup and results! Love it.
THAT woke it up! larger rear sprocket?
Thanks for doing the tests!
Awesome. Great job 👍
You need to show more videos of your AEROX 😍
EFI KIT !!!
I know you dont want to change the exhaust. So instead of going larger on the countershaft you need to go 1 tooth smaller or 3 teeth larger on the rear. That little motor cant pull the rpm with the stock gears. It needs gears to get up on the cam. Something to think about.
Nice, but where do you even find these bikes? I think it’s cool looking and different, my cup of tea.
Wow
It seems restricted, stock carb? Needs bigger valves to do much more I bet... Edit stock exhaust too, I'm excited to see where this goes. Wonder how the klx style head fits? I had a pitster pto 160 lxr years ago and the head was totally different. I want one now.
Yo Jack! Keep up the scooter vids!
Looking for a decent cam for my Honda Helix CN250 any suggestions as to where I might be able to find one?
What part number for the cam kit? Tbolt says they have two a 68mm and a 70mm in length.
Jack, how do you change miles to kilometres on the speedo?
Well you know whats next. Time to throw a turbo on it.
Ha
I bet gearing it down a bit for more rpm would make it faster
Do you have a direct link to the cam? I want to buy one
Do you plan on exhaust upgrades
Is the oil cooler getting enough air to it ?
I believe so
you are right, the oil cooler should be turned more downwards that it gets enough wind while driving.
I had a 50cc MadAss and did some upgrades like 72ccm big bore with 49cc printed from outside to camouflage the tuning 😂
@JackCecil
You should also change the electronic Capacitor Discharging Ignition (CDI) with improved mapping for better ignition timing.
Another part to change would be to take a racing coil 12V with high performance output, high performance spark cable, spark plug and high performance irridium spark for example.
Nice try to upgrade a basic motorcycle.
i did the upgrade too on my Suzuki 125 FL series. No cam changes.
it's 145 cc now and run 120 kmh (90 mph) smoothly 😅
