Arbitrage is still conceptually possible on stocks, but has become exponentially more difficult due to the automation of exchanges and the advancement of computer processing speeds. As for the indicator, it likely could be built via thinkScript, but single-session entries and exits must meet rules for Pattern Day Trading, regardless of signal or impetus. I hope this helps, and thanks for watching! ^CM
Can you show us, (e.g.: MSFT) while assuming the current price is 435.30, how to place an order to A) buy at 435.00, B) stop profit at 440.00, C) stop loss at 433.00? Thanks. PS: I can't find such placement from this video.
Happy to help! This scenario essentially describes the order Brent Moors demonstrates at 4:30 in this video: ua-cam.com/video/qgvVpdL-iaM/v-deo.html. The single adjustment would be to change the Buy order from Market to Limit. It would probably be a good idea to experiment with new order types in paperMoney first, before implementing in a live trading account. I hope this helps! ^CM
Great question! Click-and-drag order functionality is available on thinkorswim Charts; just make sure "Show orders" is selected on the General tab of "Chart settings." Thanks for watching! ^CM
Outstanding and useful presentation.
Thanks
You're welcome! ^CM
