DK2 Cargo Carrier Mods.

The carrier needs some modifications to make it road worthy and usable. Simple to do with basic tools and not all that expensive.

Won't be buying a Black and Decker drill any time soon.

I understand that; but it is almost 20 years old. The only reason I still have it and another just like it, is that when I went to buy a new battery they were closing out the drills to be replaced by a newer model. The closeout came with a battery and was cheaper than just buying a new battery. Was it a deal, or just prolonging my misery.
