Good stuff Morgan. That look like an awesome place to practice going over some logs you did great. Keep up the good work and good luck on your race coming up 🤘
Well now I gotta drill my mousse balls....next tire change :). Really like the install of mousse balls, like they seem to go onto tires very easily, glad ya showed them because that's a big reason I'm using them right now.
Hey Morgan have you ever tried 220 ride tires? Washington based company, small time mom and pop started by a dude that likes to ride and wanted to provide a good, cheap tire for riders.
Hahaha, I can confidently say I will never run tubliss. I still think that a better rider would go right up stuff I can't with the gummiest tire. Also, my normal riding doesn't require these things and would tear them up in 1 day which is my biggest beef with them. But yes, in this kind of thing, they are... Dare I say... A Game Changer
@@highlandcycles I've come to learn that tire choice and what's inside the tire is so much rider, terrain, and speed dependent. There's no one size fits all. Gummy tires are great when speeds are low, a trials bike could be advantageous in certain sections, and the terrain doesn't eat the knobs off.
I pulled most of the knobs off an IRC tire in under 8 hrs... They can race em but I need rears to last at least 15hrs.. 20 would be nice but the sharp rocks I ride with speed they are only about 1/4in tall at 15hrs..
@@woodysrockspyro6436 I got 40 hours on the last JX8 I used. Fantastic tire. I get about 60 hours on a VE33s. My terrain and speeds work for the soft tires. Additionally, I have a MX bike for fast speeds riding. (No gummies on that bike). It's all about finding that sweet spot of traction, durability, and the tire being appropriate for the dirt one is riding on.
God-bless Morgan, love your channel.
Thank you
Good on ya posting your failures. Most people would edit them out. Much respect.
That’s what it’s all about!!
You're a trip!! Literally tripping! Great job!
What a beautiful place to ride! And wow, what a workout, I could feel the rate screaming from here!

😂 when you made it over the suspended log I cheered with you!!
YAY!!!!
What a training ground you found, your earning your fun there.
Thanks for the video!!!!
Love the jx8, haven't tried the vx40 yet.
You should!
Great work!!!
I like the white map for that stuff, grunts easier for me! TBI is so controllable!💪🏻
It really is!
Awesome video man! Keep up the hard work!!!
Thanks! Will do!
Nice riding! Logs are tough indeed, but fun.
Yes they are!
Looks wet and tough. White map better for that stuff? or do you need the green for the pop? Does white map have more bottom than green I gues ?
It depends. White is better for smooth throttle but green seems better for blipping over stuff.
Theres a reason they call it hard endure... man will it drain a body and mind down to zero! Hope you do well in the race!
I won't but I am going to have fun trying.
Good job Morgan! I suck at anything tougher than light enduro😂
Me too. It is so tough

I haven’t
I remember your list of dislikes including gummy tires. I'm going to start holding my breath until you start running tubliss too. Hahaha.
