For video, if you can find an a6400 at a good price, it records 4K @ 24 and 30 fps. it runs a lot cooler (less overheating) and it has a slightly better color balance which helps in post.
previous a6000 owner here. From my experience, the a6000 is still pretty strong and very capable of taking nice photos even today, but it is really not good enough for videography. The rolling shutter effect is very obvious, and you're capped at 1080p. There isn't even a mic jack on the a6000. I think its a fair move if you can get it for a cheap price and don't care for video at all, since the most important factor is definitely the lens you get.
