Performance was great and Sara is talented but I agree the song is just fine. I actually really like this and Germany's song in the nightcore style more than the original tempo.
I still stand by what I said that the song is freakin basic af but the staging and her performance are what made it 2nd place! Don't get me wrong, yes the song is really basic but I enjoy singing it mainly coz of the fact that it's basic! I enjoy singing it while strolling around!
I was rather hoping she would dance a bit more as she seemed king of stilted in the performance. Don't get me wrong tho, I loved in and she sounded great (other than the low notes in the bridge where she got drowned out a bit)
I agree, I felt like she was a little stiff and she didn't have many facial expressions, it was a little of them at the end. Still one of the strongest voices and beautiful performances
Honestly I was disappointed by the song when they revealed it too… like it’s nice, Sara has an amazing voice but is it a winning song? But then I caught myself singing and humming it along, and it really grew on me, but yeah it is basic. It didn’t allow her to show what’s she’s capable of fully, I’d recommend everyone to see her The Voice Kids performances her voice is truly amazing!!!
