Brands Hatch 5th April 2021. 3 Laps Around the Grand Prix Curcuit

Three laps of Brands Hatch with 20 other Road cars of all types following a safety car with no overtaking allowed, so no track records were broken on the day. I am in my 2012 R172 SLK55 AMG which I have owned since 2017. The car is very rare with only 3,600 of the R172 version produced worldwide with just over 500 in the UK. The M152 5.5 litre V8 engine is only used in the R172 SLK55 and produces 420 BHP and 540 NM of torque. The engine has cylinder deactivation in ECO Mode and cruising at 70mph you can get 35mpg. The thrill is when all 8 cylinders are on chat in such a small roadster.
I used my Dashcam to record this video. The Audio quality is poor so please excuse the back ground music. I would have normally had the roof down but as it was only 4 degrees Centigrade and there were snow flurries.
