The Art of War (8A+/B) | Kalk Bay

Could be 8B. Did the stand start in one session, and did this 9 later. The start is not my style and revolves around a wide pinch that is very condition dependent and often quite slick. My knee bar is not the standard beta, most use a right heel, toe or knee. The beginning is hard and low percentage, and so is the end, both are very condition dependent and I often tried them in bad conditions. The end is more my style. The crux revolves around getting the left heel in place. This can be skipped if you are tall enough to reach straight for the higher, Better holds, which allegedly takes the stand down to 7C. The way I do it is probably 7C into 8A. Strangely the bottom became the difficult part for me during the last few sessions, and I could pretty much do the stand on command.
