First introduced at Walt Disney World in 2021, the "Hey, Disney" device has somewhat quietly been added to select rooms at Walt Disney World. While some guests may be hesitant to use smart speakers due to privacy concerns, rest assured that Disney has taken steps to protect guest privacy. The device is automatically reset after each guest checks out, and guests have the option to mute the device if desired.
Playing with the "Hey, Disney" device was a fun way to add a little extra magic to our trip. We were able to ask for information, play games with Disney characters, and even request a wake-up call from Mickey Mouse himself.
