We are back here in KLGCC and this is one of the first high rise residential tower within the area. It's located in between Mont' Kiara, Petaling Jaya, Bangsar, and Damansara, which are all the prestigious addresses. Also, it's nestled within this green lung of the address. On one end you'll have the KLGCC golf course, also you'll get to enjoy the serenity of the forest reserve.
Senada is a mixed development that consists of residences, offices and retail components. As much as it provides convenience, the retail component often dictates the entire impression of a project. Before this, we kinda discussed about the cemetery built in front of the project. Surprisingly it didn't affect the sales numbers of the nearest tower at all most likely due to the initial pricing adjustments.
My concern will still be the the access into the residential carpark as the project is right next to a convention center. During weekend, the entire road is usually packed. Imagine when the retail mall is performing exceptionally well, it's gonna get tricky to go home.
Love this property, no extra fuss in the facilities that are going to blow up the maintenance cost, incredible views and surroundings! And i can buy this as a foreigner, take my money already!
For foreigner from Hong Kong and China, this really is a good buy, for just RM1 million you can have this kind of standard of living, if compare with SG and others, RM1 mil you can actually buy nothing. This is good for those people looking for a place for retirement.
@@themarkfrancis93 oh really? interesting, not sure about having HKs versus locals as potential neighbours
I considered this property a few months back, viewed few units including the 2 that you reviewed here. However I was turned off by the quality of finishing of the units. Especially the toilets are not acceptable, HUGE difference between your first review of the show unit and this actual product. Uneven joining of the basin hardtop with gaps, the aircond compressor area is covered by the white aluminium slab held on by 4 exposed uneven screws right next to where you shower in the principal bathroom is also ridiculous.
All in all, despite the address and golf course view, totally not worth the price and my money even though they are throwing good discounts. I tried very hard to like this, but for the same price I had many other nice choices albeit not in KLGCC. Renters will probably not care but as a home is really not great. Maybe Jendela will be a much better product given its premium asking prices.
I love the golf course view. Hope the developers use bulletproof glass on the facade.
Downside - Leasehold, Commercial Title,
Upside - afterlife, its just down the road to "move residence" to the other side, convenient package if there's one, ... 🤣🤣
Hopefully someone will let you review Jendela Residence at KLGCC as well cos that’s one of the trophy house in my bucket list🤣🤣🤣
Jendela?.. trophy house? kesiannn.
@@klcitywatchyoutube4211 I see, then which property you think it’s a better option in the “trophy house” category? Kindly introduce some suggestions😊
I wanted to get that place as well. Because I can foresee me staying in that area of convience and still have certain level of privacy. And the price is just right during launch, not like other overpriced properties. I think a lot ppl bought it for flipping
@@LianJim For me it’s purely because of the KLGCC golf view and the membership access to the club only hahaha🤣 Of course, I like the facilities and the overall design of the building. If I have 0 chance to get the golf view unit in future, then I think I can only earn more money and up my budget try to get Aetas Damansara (which I hope I won’t need to do that😅)
@@thecalvinleong aetas is cheaper in terms of psf
I visited the property last year when I was actively hunting. Went to visit this after hearing jendela sold out. I love the facilities and exterior. But in the unit, the layout does reflect the same thought and doesn’t feel good for me. The view is nice but location is not really convenient to get food, and peak hour will be hard to get food, retail mall is still very empty.
But this is a good buy for Hongkong ppl.
nice and good quality property
Great job 👏🏽
Beautiful
I think so too:)
Bro is it possible for u to do a review on jendela as well which is just nearby from senada
Hi Sean great review. Could you do Jendela by sime darby next ? As its close by to Senada. thanks!
Let me call my friends haha. Thanks for watching Adam!!
Sean can you do reaction videos to those usa mansion tours? Would love to see your opinion on them
Ehh where is the usual pull up B-roll? This video is not complete aha
Btw, can you include in next video if the project have a EV charger or some sort? As EV wave is coming sooner or later.
great stuff sean! a suggestion for better viewer experience, perhaps you want to consider adding the google map location link in the description for your future video i.e.
- search for the place in google map
- click "share" and select "Copy Link"
- then you can paste it into the description
a pure sincere suggestion😇not a request and no hard feeling
Well there is this feature within the video already haha since google owns UA-cam.
@@iherng ah! totally missed the featured places
are there any public transport options?
Hi Sean..can review jendela, would like to know more about the project
must SD person here. same like lowyat forum. everywhere SD person crawling. mcm kita tak tahu.
@klcitywatchyoutube4211 hahahaha...asking about it doesn't mean its a SD person...I almost bought it but ended didn't buy the property there, bought somewhere else..and I do know its no longer available for sale to non bumis, only bumi units left....
Senada is also a SD project but I never considered buying it because of the linkage with commercial, some people like it some people don't....
And for the record its applies to every developer, that's the entire scenario, it's their job to promote their own development, only logical thing to do
That lonely fridge for a 1 mil unit. Umm... the whole thing, exterior interior, don't feel like it is of the atas level
Hey there bro, possible to review a SP project at Bayuemas, Klang? There are 2 projects, Areca & Carissa which have been 100% completed. Appreciate it.
Very similar to the vue in Monterez golf club, but better?
parking tepi jalan juga. .zzzzz
Deep down Malaysians culture.
Whats the difference between pebble wash and Shanghai plaster?
It’s the same. Pebble wash would be the formal term. Shanghai plaster is the street term used between contractors and consumers.
Would be better if the rubbish chute can be opened by stepping on a lever. Then no need to dirty your hands.
Oowh?? That's a great idea leh!! Let me share with the manufacturers!!
Sg HDBs have changed to stepping lever rubbish chute recently. Really helps. You can have both hands to push in the rubbish while holding the chute open with your feet
Seems like developers these days just copy and paste layouts from project to project. Great view but boring layout.
The facility treatment and design are so uninspiring, a lot of big empty space and sparse treatment..for that price I expected more compared to others in the market. The single entry for commercial and residential is a headache..During normal event days, the whole stretch is full of cars parked at both side of the road.
Hi Sean, I would like to ask for you opinion ya. My house is expected to be completed in 2025 q4 like that. Actually my sister and I don't want to spend too much on renovation and we thought that we can fix the necessities first and other can be done when we have more capital. However some friends advised us to settle everything before move in cause we wouldn't renovate after move in. Got point la, but the issue is the high amount of capital for renovation and also for MOT ler. If it is you right, how would you do ya?
From my own experience, if you have a budget better do important reno like wiring, plaster ceiling, painting, flooring, and wet works (if any) first cos it's quite difficult & troublesome to do this later after you moved in. Customised cabinets can do it later moved in also can
@@wendywan118 hihi, can ask from your previous experience la, if normal renovation important stuff, how much it took you from time and cost?
Depends on what you need to do and size & type of your property. Usually landed property has more things to do it will take around 2-3 months
Not really impress by the facility deck, especially considering the premium price
Eh mana Serene Video?
Coming soon;)
Thanks for watching!!
Not selling well? 😅 At that price main bathroom can be better. At least fully closed door for shower.
8 units left :)
@@themarkfrancis93given that this is an already completed development, it’s surprising that it isn’t sold out long ago 🤔
@@lazydude03 actually very normal. When the undercon project is done, you’ll have a few cash buyers who fail to settle and some units can reopen. Also technically this completed right after MCO, a period people can’t view
@@themarkfrancis93 not normal then since MCO ended more than a year ago. These units will be considered overhang
Woi why no pull-ups???
There was no bar hahaha;)
