I have had a customer ask for the sticker on his blank that would be covered buy the rear grip ask to leave that visible. That would be very easy to do by doing a split grip but I would like to give him something different and unique. IS there some kind of clear gel or epoxy that I could use to fill in that would also give me the thickness of a grip?

Heat it up with a lighter and scrape off the old epoxy when you get to the thread simply just unthread it it'll come right off
