It's as good as any of the other top-tier vibes I've heard. I've been through a lot of them. My personal journey ended with the MJM 60s.
I have the Unicorn v2 I dunno how modern it sounds but it the best vibe I have played so far

I'm looking for a univibe pedal that doesn't affect the sound, or rather, as natural as possible, because some change the sound completely, is this univibe what I'm looking for?
When I got my unicorn pedal there was nowhere I could put it that it sounded good my wife always said it didn't sound like a univibe it made me really sad and I sold it after a year and a half on my board in different places I just couldn't do anything realistic with it that said I've played guitar since 1987 I honestly don't know if JHS is a real pedal maker or someone who just takes people's money I'm not sure but I know not to get the JHS unicorn V2 with all that said it took me two years to get along with Wamplers ethereal delay which I now love so maybe it was my fault

I think the more expensive Argenziano Effetti Gypsy Vibe sounds better but you get what you pay for I guess.

Nah. The Sabbadius Funky Vibe “Fillmore” edition is the best around. But I’m glad so many people dig the Gypsy Vibe. Takes all kinds.
