Hard to tell who was adopted,seems Gram was the main character. Were the adopted ones holding the balloons? They were kind of left to go it on their own. This was not about the adopted children I guess. Didn't see them much.

Hope they haven’t been rehomed… I found that crazy 🤯 in my birth country US citizens cannot adopt because of that
