This reminds me a bit of back in elementary school, a friend of mine had a sleepover party at her house, and invited all the girls in the class. I was the only one who showed up. It was a fun party though, and her grandma told me my friend had said before it that she would be fine if no one else showed up, just me. We watched movies and walked around her property, which was about an acre or two of forest. And we had French toast, bacon and eggs for breakfast 😊 Fond memories

When I was younger I think in 4th grade whenever we had a birthday we would sing happy birthday to them and give them a birthday present. When it was my birthday I was expecting my classmates to sing happy birthday to me. But no one did.. not even my teacher and best friend. I told my best friend that it was my birthday, she said “ok I don’t care”. And it really hurt that no one cared about my birthday 😢
