I've been making a tier list of my own, and it's kinda difficult for me, because some weapons are hard to tier. I'm not talking about the situationally good ones, but the ones that used to have a perception of being top tier and I just don't know if they are better than certain other guns now. I'll give you a few examples:
The Mangler was considered S tier and broken before it got it's melee nerf a while back. I didn't think it was so good that it deserved a nerf in the first place. Since I'm playing around with it now, the situations where the 1-shot melee combo comes in handy is rare. Most times they get close enough for me to melee, it's either because they've done enough dmg that they feel they can pressure me around cover safely, or I was sneaking and camping the corner, in which they show their back to me for a melee kill in which the 1-shot was never needed. I've heard the Mangler can be used as a less effective noob combo weapon, so I don't know if that's why you have it in A tier, because it seems like if you don't have a grapple-shot you're not consistently taking advantage of it, which makes it a gimmick at best. However, maybe the sheer dmg it does just allows for assisting, I don't know. When it comes to pure shooting situations, it doesn't seem to outclass the Sidekick in anything, so I have it in B tier, and even then I wonder if it does anything better than any of the B tier weapons.
The Bandit Evo, theoretically is supposed to be a more fair and balanced BR for competitive ranked, and I know the BR made most of the sandbox useless, and the Bandit Evo doesn't, but I don't know if that means the BR is a class above the Bandit Evo. The BR cleans up way better, but the Bandit Evo has clean 1-shot hits, so it takes the shield faster in many scenarios; the headshot is the more difficult part. So I feel like none is better than the other, even though theoretically, the BR should be better. I play on PC, so maybe that's why I feel this way, because when people are running laterally across my screen, I swear my BR shots are clean, but I'm having to hit them 6-7 times for a kill, compared to when we are faced up in a duel, I have to hit them 4-6 times. It's like the vertical recoil pattern of the BR makes it difficult to land all 3 rounds of a burst on people who aren't dueling you, but if their shield is gone, I just have to aim for their upper chest and swipe, and it's a headshot. So both the guns seem to have their strengths and weaknesses, but maybe I'm just not good with the BR. Maybe not having aim assist is making the burst hit different on laterally running targets, where as I'm getting clean hits with the Bandit Evo, and a lot more perfects. I'm giving the BR the benefit of the doubt, because in a team game, you aren't 1v1 dueling enemies with full shields all the time, with grenades flying all over the place, etc. So I assume weapons that are better at cleaning up should low health targets might be objectively better in a 4v4, but I'm not so sure I should believe this. Who knows, if I put on aim magnetism, maybe my BR shots will be cleaner, and I'll understand why it should be a tier above the Evo.
    What are your opinions?
