The problem I have with this system is that having it regularly visually inspected and hydro tested is the responsibility of the diver.
No professional diver is going to use something like this, so it's amateur divers who they're marketing this towards.
A filling station will never fill a cylinder or bottle that's out of its service interval, yet the diver will fill this little spare air bottle to 200 bar working pressure on the boat regardless of how many cycles it's been through, risking catastrophic failure and endangering everyone around them.

🤣🤣😂😂. No. Plan your dive, plan your gas. don't use "Spare Air". Your "peace of mind" may end up killing you.

I'm not very experienced with diving but these are basically useless for SCUBA......can be beneficial for free diving or snorkeling but dangerous for them if they are untrained with SCUBA. How many breaths will you get out off one of these bottles when you are 20m below.....not enough to do decompression stops and safely ascend if you have to use these so why have them at all and lets not think about using these at deeper depths than 20m. You're better off just buddy breathing back to the surface than using one of these. THESE ARE USELESS AND A GIMIC THAT WILL GET PEOPLE KILLED.

I can see you don’t know much about diving!
1 it’s an extra safety tool! Not me at for diving.
2 you don’t do decompression stop only safety stop.
3 you should never use this for Snorkeling
4 we tested from 20 meters on a Property ascend and work perfect!
      Hope this helps a bit.
      Aloha

I can't understand the idea... When you dive, you're supposed to plan your air consumption with a safety margin (like 1/3 - 1/3 - 1/3 or more), bring your air in several separated tanks with all possible redundancy. If you're trusting that kind of gadget to save your life, just don't dive !
That device is only made to remove a rope in the propeller, nothing more.

That's gotta be the most uninformed comment I've ever seen.
Most dive sites don't offer doubles to their customers. If you want to dive doubles, you have to bring them yourself.
Also, you can dive perfectly fine on a single cylinder, like the vast majority of divers do, while diving on no cylinder (the nothing option) is pretty damn hard.
Alternatively, you could use a pony bottle, or dive sidemount.

Sir, there’s no point in filing your spare little tank with air that’s already in your main tank.
Yes you can fill it using a compressor but rely on this could be very dangerous.
Would you drive your car till get out of gas just because you have a gallon in your trunk ?
Plan your dive, dive your plan.
