I ´ve been roughly following CO for some time now and keep checking out their live videos. The intensity and energy on stage is impressive and they are onto something interesting with their HC/Industrial blend approach. Still the songwriting could use some more focus, to me it sounds a bit frayed or fragmented at times. Reba continues to grow as a guitarist and has interesting tricks up her sleeve and quite the stage presence!

27:15 dreams in inertia is now the biggest disappointment I’ve ever experienced in my life. Tf is this. Where’s the original heaviness? Tf is that synth? I was so stoked to hear the intro to then be thrust into complete devastation. Why would that track ever get reimagined? It’s been my favorite track and a go to daily listener. A subtle difference between studio recording and live play is understandable but this is a spit in the face to the original artistry. Who has a gun to your heads?

@@buckleysmith1479 Grammy noms have done nothing for their streaming numbers or overall popularity like their peers Loathe and Spiritbox, who all share the same management team. It's abundantly clear what they want after releasing an album with so many vocal hooks and massively deemphasized guitars as compared to Underneath, but will it boost them to Loathe/Spiritbox levels? We'll see, but I'm skeptical.
