I am Going to be making a pad up there for my firewood processing yard. I will definitely record it as the 943 is going to be doing the most of the work! It’s a beast when it comes to moving large amounts of dirt and cutting grade
@@AbramsExcavating Awesome! I was looking at a John Deer 450 series crawler loader. About 18k lbs, definitely not as beefy, but I think it will do what I need with a few more passes, and I should be able to move it short local distances with my F550. Any thoughts? Thanks for the reply!
Oh yea track loaders are great for this work. You’d never be able To do this with a wheel loader they don’t hold grade aswell as a tracked machine. But wheel loaders are great pieces of equipment aswell!
I have found only one wheel loader that will put a track loader in the shade doing this job, that's a Hanomag 66c. But you need much more skill at the controls to achieve this and the right wheel/tyre combination and the ground conditions must be dry.
Definitely would like to see one of you making a pad for a building site on the mountain with it too. Have a task as such in my near future. Thanks!

These Trackload are amazing.
Much faster than with a Excavator, more efficent and flexibility.
Only a wheel loader does it better

A rubber tire loader to cut in a road over a track loader, now that's a line of shit I've never heard b4. Must be a foreigner 🤣
The 973's are bad ass machines. I prefer a dozer for cutting new roads but this machine will get er done!
