I was never a big fan of this bag but I have been re-watching sex and the city lately and I saw Carrie carried three different Dior saddle bags in just 1 episode and I was hooked (when I first watched this show at least 10 years ago I didn’t pay attention to this kind of details bc I wasn’t into luxury handbags 😂)

The saddle is a great bag IMO. I have the black limited edition lamb skin with flowers. Just FYI if you have a LV mini pochette it fits perfectly vertical in the bag. Enjoy your beautiful saddle. 🙂
I actually haven't ever tried putting the mini pochette in I just assumed it wouldn't fit but so good to know! And the lambskin with flowers is SO freaking special 😭❤️

As I cant seem to decide, which colour and size to buy for the saddle bag. i really really love the saddle bag, and now that it has come out with the new style where straps are included with the bag. I am gonna pull the trigger on it. I really wanted a pink saddle, but i already have the lotus pink mini lady dior, so maybe i dont need another pink bag. As the mini LD only stays in my wardrobe, barely used it. I want something more casual and something i can use everyday. Its either black or latte(white) now that im debating. but do u think black or white will be too simple, plain ? should i get it in a more unique colour, should i wait for more colours to come out ? Hi!! Okay no I totally agree the new strap they added is soo amazing and way more reasonable and practical than those $1000 guitar straps (as beautiful as they may be). I think the white or black is a GREAT choice and for sure you'll be able to wear it with everything. I've seen the blush one and I used to want it but idk for me the blush in the saddle I didn't love it enough to buy. But have you seen the newest hazelnut color? The pink (suggested by the SA cause I wanted jt to match) was also really nice but I loved the beige most! All in the adjustable strap!! I absolutely love this bag but the price 😢😱. To be honest I'll still probably get the bag because I've loved it for years. If the bag was an every day bag, I wouldn't struggle with the price as much. How often do you use yours?
Dior book totes are legit my favorite thing they create, every new collection is soooo special. I definitely want to add another one in the future the embroidery detail is on another level.
The Saddle has never impressed me, the asymmetry bothers me, but they way you describe it makes me at least like the Bobby bag. Great review only bc I imagine the Bobby is similar. Also, the episode where Monica dates Richard playing in the back.

Hmm honestly yes they’re both shoulder bags but functionality wise the Prada is wayyyy more functional and less structured. I think if you’re only wanting to add just one shoulder bag to go for the Prada!
