Installing MTX Terminators In My Car/ Replacing Car Door Speakers.

This is a video of me replacing car door speakers cause my old ones was from the 80s so I decided to get news ones so I could have bass.

I just bought these MTX terminator speakers for my gmc jimmy. Don’t expect much bass if any at all for the first 2-3 weeks. These speakers are very very stiff but after a bout 100+ hours of playtime they’ll loosen up and beat hella hard

Just replaced my Terminator 6 with the entry level Focal Auditor RCX-165, and man, they made a day and night difference. The Terminator6 are only nice if you are getting sick and tired of your stock speakers, they will sound a whole lot better compared to your blown speakers of course, and they hit pretty hard too if you power them with an amp, but they lack the details, vocal clarity and the warm sound and staging of the Focal. At first I thought since they are both coaxial and are both entry level speakers, the Focal shouldn't make so much of a difference, but I was wrong. Once you hook the Focal up, you will never look back on the Terminator.

@@HeadTurnNet I've just bought them for my A5 as the front Bang & Olufsen mid range speakers have torn surrounds. It's a 14 speaker system 505w total so each door also has a tweeter, going from 8" to 6.5" as I have to use adapters for them to fit.
I think they'll be fine as I replaced the stock subwoofer with a 10" Pioneer TS-W261D4 so most of the bass is coming from there, new B&O speakers are £125 + VAT each but I can't see much online especially reviews

Do the tweeters pivot ik dumb question but in some pics they look like they do I'm putting a set in a Porsche 944 someone put trash Pyle in the door the tweeter are harsh and they distort easily and didn't fit any how curious if you'll post a update on these

Mine were really good but I’m worried I blew them. I used a usb and I think that preamps it and it preamped it too much at the volume I was at.
