Hi. Kerstin! I am using this feature and love the look on my desktop but its not working so great on other devices like my iPad or iPhone. Any suggestions?
Hi Paula, I guess it depends which shape you use. I mostly just use the curves and waves and they seem to work fine. Mind you, tablet is still wonky in many respects and SQS are still working on that. But if something is not at all working as expected reach out to SQS support so they can pass it on to the engineers, or make suggestions on how to fix it.
I love this design capability and have been wanting this since I first began using Squarespace. I would like to see them tighten up the spacing a bit, that is to say, I want to be able to bring text. photos, images, etc. much closer to the divider borders as I design pages. Even place them over the divider border for cool effects.
This feature doesn't seem to be a part of the "Gallery" section. I somehow created some galleries with a curved line at the bottom, and I want to get rid of those curves. Is it possible to do that? Thanks in advance. Just learned about you from a mutual friend
@@greenepm That's because gallery sections are different. Open the gallery section editor, the first tab is called 'Gallery', scroll to the bottom of that and there you'll see the 'Divider' option. If you don't see that this feature might not be rolled out to your website yet, Squarespace are doing that gradually.
@@KerstinMartin yes, I clicked "comment" before I read further. I don't have that feature yet, so I'll have to wait. I even stumped Squarespace tech support with my question. At least so far. I hope this feature is rolled out soon.
This feature is not active on Fluid Engine on my site. Is it on a limited release?
Yes, I forgot to mention that it’s rolled out to Circle members and the public gradually, but should soon be available 😍

@@KerstinMartin Thanks for the quick response. I am new to squarespace, and I am loving your videos!

The ability to overlap would be amazing! We basically need negative margins :)

My section editor does not show a "Format" tab at all. And I just built this site, so I'm using the most recent engine.
