Does it provide shipping and labeling for international orders, or just the US based ones?

All the SEO articles are saying Kajabi is so much better, and I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. But the layout and latency just feel incredibly messy with a steep learning curve. for some reason every time I try to add a gap that's larger than the default in between the blog post and the sidebar, the sidebar gets bumped to the bottom. Any ideas on why that is/how to fix it?

Hi Kerstin, I build my self my website with squarespace. Since this morning I try to add a new email adress with another name, like they says "pro". So, I try to redirect my possibly new email to gmail. In this video, the points it's not for that right? What I understand in your video, it's to change the actuel email for another one but it won't redirect in my gmail? Thank you! I am so confused since this morning. And I don't want to add google workspace either for now. I just want to redirect a professionnal email to my gmail account. If I do what you says, our new email will be the only one, right? and it will automatically change in mailchimp and in every forms on my website? Hi! off topic question, but do you have any idea how to change the name in the "from" field on the Squarespace confirmation email for e-commerce. Mine currently says "Squarespace emails" and Squarespace cannot help me change this? They say it's a google workspace issue. But that's not the case either. Do you have solve possibly? Thanks!

Hi Kerstin, thank you for this recommendation in your AMA session today. I was planning to use one size of USPS medium flat rate boxes and free USPS labels handwritten to start with. Instead of $18 from post office , with Pirate ship it would be $16! I read the comments which are great, and I only have one remaining question: can I use Pirateship if I am not using the Dymo printer? It is too costly to lay out right now. Can I print a label on my Epsom printer, or hand write label on the USPS label and still get the discount? (I looked for a FAQ and help on site but don't see it). Hope this question is clear enough! (P.S.: I will be manually inputting on Basic Commerce plan also to save money for now). Thank you in advance. I am in awe of your expertise!

I am trying to change the email address for the website I made for a client. Whenever someone messages through the website I built for her, the email comes to me, not to her. How can I change this? I can NOT figure this out.

Great comparisons...I'm testing Kajabi right now and are familiar w SS...and I'm somewhat technical but 100% agree with the "calm" comment. SS is way easier to navigate and better UX and design

Thank you so much for taking the time to break down "Courses"!!! My key issues with the new Courses feature is the no content drip option, the ability to not see students progress, and of course the option to pay for a Squarespace website subscription in one overall price. Even though this is newer feature, I am sold alone by the ability to consistently stay on brand in the design aspect, and make the content aesthetically enjoyable. I have been a student in Kajabi, Podia, and Teachable, and Squarespace feels just right! Your video helped me make my final decision, and I cant wait to see how they continue to improve!

Please correct me if I'm wrong... It appears that, since you made this video, Squarespace no longer differentiates between Courses and Member Areas and now has one price for both. The unfortunate thing about this is that Member Areas were available to people on 7.0 (like me) and now I have to upgrade to 7.1 and pay a very high monthly digital add-on fee, just to add a Member Area and one course.
