Jazza, I'd like to see a one pencil, one pen and one Copic challenge. You get to choose one of each of the three types of drawing implements, any colour for each. And draw one event in your life.

I can't admire him enough for drawing such interesting and diverse concepts at such a young age. I've been drawing pretty much my whole life, and even when you want to sit and make a character design or learn a new skill you usually just end up doing what's comfortable for you already. drawing architecture and experimenting with coloring, even if it came naturally to him, is so challenging and demanding, this is incredible to see
My favorite thing to do when I feel bad about my art is look back at my first art (3-4 years ago) and seeing how bad it was, but adorable. Then I look at my art now and think “imagine how much my art will improve in 3-4 more years!”. Sounds stupid but it helps me keep drawing!
My drawing skills picked up when I entered 5th grade, and I had an awesome art teacher, he was the only art teacher who didn't criticize my drawings, and he showed great strategies, but when I got to middle school I stopped drawing anything for six straight years and forgot most of what I learned, I ended up dropping out of high school and finally started back drawing stuff again, but none of it was good, but it's gotten better in the last year, I found a few channels on UA-cam including this one and slowly got better, although my figure drawing never got repaired and up again, now I draw stuff every few days and actually made a channel out of it. Looking at his old art makes me feel Better about my own! Everyone starts somewhere and I’ve only picked up drawing for about a year or so now. And the fact I’m around his age when he started focusing on art really makes me feel better about my own. If his art was like this and now he creates amazing work, then mine can do the same. Just keep drawing and practicing, everyone can get better with determination!
Isn't it weird how Jazza's first female characters were a bit masculine, and my male characters are a bit feminine? Like, do other beginning artists go through this too?
Patrick !!! Yup! My male characters are quite feminine. I actually like it this way... But I have to learn how to draw masculine male characters either way. (Although I probably will only draw mostly feminine male characters. So cute)
I think it's generally easier to start with your own gender, if it's not that then it's normally the gender you start with. I personally use curvy lines so it's much harder to draw males because they have more of a blocky anatomy.
Yeah I definitely started with my own gender, drawing female characters before male. I think it's pretty normal to unconsciously draw characteristics of whatever sex you learned to draw first onto the opposite one (which judging by the Dragonball Z are and whatever it was very muscular males) Because you don't realise as a beginner how different they are, and to draw them as a beginner you can only the knowledge you know for a time, even if it's incomplete.
Thank you so much for making this video! It's always so refreshing to see where the artists I look up to came from, and that they didn't come out of the womb making art museum-worthy art.
My sketchbooks are my soul. I pour my feelings into art and I can get touchy about who sees what's inside. Lol. I'm deeply attached to my sketchbooks and artworks, good or not.

Jazza... some people may want you to do the drumming challenge while drawing but don’t you know... THAT YOU NEEEEEED TO DO THE DRUMMING WHILST DRAWING CHALLENGE
Looking at his old art makes me feel
Better about my own!
I think it's pretty normal to unconsciously draw characteristics of whatever sex you learned to draw first onto the opposite one (which judging by the Dragonball Z are and whatever it was very muscular males)
Because you don't realise as a beginner how different they are, and to draw them as a beginner you can only the knowledge you know for a time, even if it's incomplete.
Patrick !!! No i do not
I've wondered the same thing! I guess they do.
And here I am struggling to make a straight line with a ruler...
I feel your pain
springtrap1987 Teach me.
Supreme lol
I’m a little late cause I just discovered your channel, I can’t draw worth a crap but I love your content, art, and personality !!!

Tony Bullard my man I think the same way
Joyce Simms Right bruh I love having his videos playing in the background while I’m doing homework or something
Ditto
I want to be a artist
The reason I love his videos is because the lesson he taught me:art takes time and once you get it down its beautiful
Jazza: ‘I would of probably been twice the artist I am now
Me: *pfffffffffff* JEEZ Jazza I would love to see that but it’s impossible
Aoife O'Donovan RIGHT!!!!???!!
How to be a artist

Your samurai character's name can be read as "Hiryuu", which means "flying dragon".
KakkoiiChris in what language???
ItsShadow_Sn1peZ Hiryuu is a last name in Japanese. Here’s how it breaks down:
飛 (Hi) - to fly
龍 (Ryuu) - dragon
KakkoiiChris ok cool
Ooh :) that's really cool!

8:25 you showed you're map with the blood spots as tomato sauce. At the top you had a place called Delmore. It's also a city from one of my favorite books, Zarkora. Love the work, keep it up jazza!
Jazza: I fill in the first 5 pages of the book and don't fill in the rest. Then I get a new one, think *IT WILL BE AS EPIC AS EVER* (BTW not the exact words jazza used)
*Me: FINALLY IM NOT THE ONLY ONE!!!!*
