It tasted very good. But I was wondering if the way we planted it back in the soil was the right way to plant it back? I have seen people plant small seeds like potatoes as well but my apa just shoved the whole plant back in and let it be, so we did the same 😂😂😂 Advise please

Does yacon taste good right outta the ground? You will get better yield if you plant them in mounds similar to potatoes.
