      Yaaay, it was a success with no contamination but the winter wind without humidity allowed only for a very limited fruiting. The mushrooms dried out way too quick.

    Does yacon taste good right outta the ground? You will get better yield if you plant them in mounds similar to potatoes.

      It tasted very good. But I was wondering if the way we planted it back in the soil was the right way to plant it back? I have seen people plant small seeds like potatoes as well but my apa just shoved the whole plant back in and let it be, so we did the same 😂😂😂
      Advise please

      @@Passang_Om you can divide the sprouts. You would have a lot more plants that way!
