Hey guys, I want to talk about something that's been bothering me lately. There are a lot of dental implant centers out there claiming they can give you permanent teeth in just 24 hours. But if you take a closer look, you'll see that their own disclaimers say that these teeth are only considered to be permanent in 24 hours. This can really be misleading because they want you to believe that the whole process is complete within 24hours when what they really mean is that they used a material considered to be permanent within 24 hours. They also want you to believe that this capability is unique to them when in reality many offices in the country can do this, including ours. we just don’t believe this is the best way to achieve the premium smiles for our patients and we want our patients to leave the very day with an immediate premium smile.
Now, here's the thing: there's no way to perform this procedure at a high standard and without needing you to come back after a few months because you need to heal, adapt to, and evaluate your new smile. There is no way around it, this just takes time. You see, creating a prosthetic design that fits perfectly and functions well requires time for the gums and bone to heal, time for you to adapt, and most importantly time for you to evaluate your new smile and make any changes to your permanent smile. Rushing through the process just isn't an option if I want to ensure that you, my patient gets the best possible results.

So, if you're considering getting dental implants, don't fall for the 24-hour permanent teeth hype. Instead, choose a dental implant center that values precision, excellence, and your long-term health and happiness. Trust me, it's worth the wait, and while you wait to fully heal, adapt, and evaluate, you’ll have teeth “considered to be permanent in 24 minutes” not 24 hours!

I am so glad you are speaking out on this. I am currently in the healing process and I can't imagine leaving the day of surgery with my permanent teeth! There is a great deal of healing to be done. My gums are changing day to day. Not to mention, I was a bit loopy from the anesthesia the day of surgery. I don't remember a great deal, and I sure wasn't fit to be making important judgment calls!
