- In this psydub mix we have another selection of tunes from the past few months served up with a helping of older dub inspired offerings. Some highlights include Cosmic Pharaoh's "Beyond Everything" with it's Ott/Globular vibes, the smooth stylings of Razoof's "Montego Bay" and another banger from Psybur with "Groovin Dub".
The artwork for this video is something a little different. I had this mix recorded weeks ago and though it might be nice to mix up some traditional and AI/digital art for the video with a few different images. However this soon ballooned out into a mini comic of about 8 pages. Not knowing when enough is enough, it eventually ended as a sprawling 60 page tale of cosmic dub space battles !! Hopefully it makes sense. I've never done a comic before so let me what you think and if you would like to see more of those in the future.

Here's an idea for nex one: Instead of an outside threat, The Dub Defenders get word that the human spirit is under attack from an evil corporate cabal that uses social media to break the human heart connection with bad AI music, turning people into mindless worker bees and unwilling soldiers turning against each other. @PsyAmb I'd totally watch the movie (or series) if there was one 😅- Totally felt like a stoner's Dub-ified mashup of Alien x Mass Effect x Star Wars x Guardians of the Galaxy concepts. Great stuff. Some gorgeous concept-art too mixed in there!

This is the first mix I've encountered from your channel. I like the comic book style - very original (in my experience). I'd love to see more of this; if you could work on the story / writing for the comics and tighten them up a bit I think it could really be something unique and special. I'm happy just to listen to the excellent mix, but it makes for a unique background when I put this mix on during a party.

Kept meaning to log in and just express how flipping awesome this mix with the comic is. Maaaan, well impressive, dialogue is fookin awesome, funny af, the pics are equally awesome. Sat there in my Psyamb shirt with a massive grin on my face for the whole thing. Showed my mate and it's not usually his thing and he was diggin' it something awesome. I totally agree.AI makes background artifacts which are not always easy to remove if you paint/draw it you can get exactly what you are looking for.

A lot of this is AI generated David. I do a bit of original drawing sometimes and hopefully I'll be doing some more original stuff once I finish moving house in a month or two.
