Create a role for the people you want to talk in those channels. Then, only allow people with that role to talk in the channel you're wanting to restrict.

Mee6 is one of the best bots of you can pay for premium or don't need full customization over your options. But my favorite back up is DynoBot. It too has premium options but has more free then Mee6.

That's not on Discord, that's the bot developers making those decision. Discord is free to use and has a ton of features you can use for free. Discord Nitro only gives you a few quality of life improvements.

That would actually be settings on the bot. You can set some bots to reply privately to people.

I usually make a "bot" role for the bots.

There are other bots you can use, this was just for an example. Adding bots is the same in most cases.
