I'm happy with this mod as I caught the only reaming in service CNW Patch Unit that being UP 6706 ex CNW 8804 which made me happy to see it in person to remind of CNW days
For reference, the horn model is a K5H, or K5HL (They look identical). The K5H was the Canadian version, while the K5HL was the American tuning. IIRC, the CNW 4400s had K5Hs.
Which train sim in your opinion is best as overall with driving, simulation shunting jobs, operations, objectives etc. There are so many but each one is missing one thing or another that other games have. I have seen sim8 as pretty realistic but the graphics are not great and the pricing tiers are ridiculous along with other so called sims where you have to buy endless amounts of lines, trains etc. Derail Valley looks interesting and everyone says its the best rail sim on the market, but seeing videos on it, I dont see enough appeal in it to buy it, other than its nice graphically and nice modelling and they have thrown in little aspects buying stuff or paperwork, but I think that just thrown in to distract players that there isnt much else to do in that game, and lacks life and immersion as far as other trains or activity going on around you and not much going on as you are the only one on the map. I bought railroader but that also lacks graphics and immersion and the surroundings look all the same. Even though it is fun its still lacking a lot of stuff. I want a train sim where you pretty much do everything you would expect in the rail industry as far as a driver and or company. I see that the better train games are actually not train games per say, such as transport fever or workers and resources soviet republic. Soviet republic is an awesome realisitc city/republic building game which I have over 1000 hrs on. But those games are not specifically about trains but the concept of what they are used for
Yous guys asking about the route this is on...
