If you go to his channel, a better audio quality Madmoiselle Hyde is on there. And as for singing without inner ears, of course, it's possible, just more difficult. There are videos of Dimash singing on pitch when he clearly indicates to his team that monitors were not working...During SOS too.

There is an actual official video of this song from another performance. You clearly didn't look for it. It will either be on Dimash's channel or Igor Krutoy's channel. It even has subtitles.
This is a fan cam from one of his concerts which they're probably also is an official video of since most of his concerts are available to video.
