I don’t think Chelsea will get Hermansen because I don’t think Leicester are going to let him go. He has 4 years on his contract and is one of their best players. Plus, his quality right now is good but probably not quite what Chelsea should be looking for. All of that assuming Maresca even has a say in who the GK recruit is

Yeah correct, he's owed over 2/3 of his wages since he came to Barca. The guy is on massive wages and considering the situation he'll probably play out his contract and then take Barca to court,

Totally with Pat on Tottenham and a number 6 and even another midfielder. Critical. Definitely need Fullback backup another winger or two depending on who leaves.
Think the Newcastle section was a bit wrong, thing is if we have £200m to spend in this sort of scenario then something has gone right in FFP, because the last 3 seasons in 6 transfer windows we've got a net spend of £400m and were slightly over FFP which means we've got £100m probably, so then we have bruno and isak there in the squad anyway and they aren't leaving. However.
What we do need is backup to our defence. 22/23 season we had the joint best defence in the league, this season we scored the 4th most goals in the league. We have had one strength and a weakness both seasons, so get a solid and fit defence line with our current attack we might be challenging for top 4 again with more in form teams
i mean in the video theyre basing it off a bruno sale which would be 100m plus. So in those circumstances i could see 200m. Feel like he wont leave though imo (Might be my toon bias).
To be honest mate it’s probably not as serious as that. We kind of just say everyone has 200m to spend and what would you do, not really taking in the real world situations off ffp etc that directly impact that club

Liverpool for me would be Jorrel Hato, manuel Ugarte and Nico Williams.
Grimaldo is a very strange shout for Arsenal. Most fans want a new LB because it’s the weak defensive link in our defence. Grimaldo was playing as striker in one of the Leverkusen matches I watched recently.

Bruno G - 90m #8 and #6 cover in emergencies
Kudus - 60m Can play RW, LW and even #8 similar to Havertz
Hato - 30m Promising hybrid LB/CB

Pool fan, wanted a Neves shout for us! Statistically super similar to Mats Wieffer, we know we still have the 100M in the budget from our Caicedo bid, we love the Portuguese league, big Portuguese/Spanish speaking contingent, would fit into the like, Gravenberch, Elliott, Bajcetic, Quansah, Konate, future team age range, and I’d definitely love him!

Zack saying Jonathan Tah is slow isn't fair on him, he is the 13th fastest player of the Bundesliga this Season and had a topspeed of 35.8 km/h. He accelerates slowly though.
I was being generic to be honest. I think overall he turns slowly and isn't very agile, and whilst yes in a moment he may have been able to run quick, that doesn't necessarily mean he's overall really quick. Still a great player though and i like him!
Only Bruno g and Frankie that have a chance of being bought are proper level raisers. Strikers it’s osimhen or a project striker like sesko. Winger market isn’t good but I’d take any wide left back like Miguel Gutierrez
LFC = (LB/LCB) Piero Hincapie 60 + (DM) Ederson 50 + (LW/RW) Nico Williams 45 + (GK) Bart Verbruggen 45 = 200
Both Hincapie and Williams have release clauses + Ederson seems like a typically smart lfc signing. Verbruggen is one of the best up and coming GK's at 20 years old, but the timing could be perfect as Allisson is getting older and Khelleher is leaving.
O’riley was a standout in the CL for Celtic. Won a couple MotM and athletico Madrid bid £30m in January for him. Born and raised in England too, if he picked England over Denmark yous would be creaming your pants over him.
The main issue about getting De Jong would not be his price, it would be the fact he would want to actually get his salary paid out full first. He's on about double Arsenal's best-paid player(IF he ever gets paid what he's owed) in wages. The main issue with Kimmich is that he's also on massive wages. Bringing those two in would alter the wage structure at the club forever.
Can't believe anyone didn't suggest Zubimendi from Sociedad for Liverpool or Arsenal, he's been sensational for the past few years 😢

I think Frimprong would still be a RWB and be used to give Walker rest and help the team penetrate low blocks by worser teams and use his pace to keep up on the counter attack and pressure lines. Bruno G would allow Rodri and De Bruyne to rest and replace Kovacic and Silva in the midfield perfectly.

I love that Pato plays the role of the brain who decides who options are correct but c’mon he should be picking his 200m worth of players as well, at least for arsenal.
Lautaro Martinez will be really hard, and stupidly expensive, after the new contract was agreed. 9M€ net as well annually. There's 150M gone.
Spurs need a dribbly winger on the right. BJ is top-notch in transition and making those far post runs, but he is not the best at taking on his man. If we get a winger to break down a low block and get us 1 up, Johnson comes in at 60 minutes and turns that one-goal lead into 2 or 3 with his speed.
My ideal Liverpool signings:
CB - Inacio (Bastoni dream)/Yoro or Calafiori LCB/LB hybrid
LB - Kerkez
CDM - Ugarte or Ederson (I like Varela but don’t think he’s dominant enough but would be a great double pivot). Would also be interested in Chotard from Montpelier or Lamine Camara both a bit riskier but could be great future potential signings especially Camara
ATT - Olise or Kudus
Realistically, you guys should sign Geertrude. Only 23, can play CB, RB and DM and has played with Arne Slott at Feyenoord

So having Grimaldo as a LB would kick Martinelli out? Martinelli’s biggest issue is how far out wide he is. Having a marauding LB will unlock him closer to the box. Also, who’d you rather have as a cover for a LB who doesn’t do much defending than Martinelli? 😂

I think Arsenal suggestions were very odd. They are a side that will try to contend for a title next season and they will be looking for huge star signing like they did last season with Rice. Even if some are unlikely they still have very good bargaining position for star players to join.

as an italian fan (by the way love the show) there is no way chukuweze costs less than federico gatti... and also if you offer more than 20/25 mil for gatti all juve fans will agree that is more than enough
As a Liverpool fan why would we go for pedro Neto for 60 mil, when you can go for olise? Bastoni for 90 mil? Not a chance we spend that much on a centre back when we have quansah coming through. Pacho or hincapie for half the price of bastoni would be good options. Hartman for lb, need a good young lb, one with a view of taking over from robbo in the future. Robinson at 27 years old just doesn’t make sense in that regard. Ederson would be a good signing though.

You guys have no info of whats going on with barca. Last to last season we had to sell rights to buy players hence we had to agree for a lower amount for fdj deal. But now our revenue is one of thr highest plus we have reduced the wage bill. For people who dont understand Barca situation, here's the jist. Barca ain't broke, its just that after covid revenue dropped but the wage bill remained high hence la liga set a cap on how much we can spend. Now that we can spend money there's no need for accepting low ball offers. If enzo and caicedo are going for 120 mill then fdj should easily be 100

We need tosun, Kelly to shore up the defense along with a backup 9 and CDM and a starting caliber RW. I want them to go for Tel from Bayern (9) and Kubo/ MGW/ or Chiesa for the right wing. I think we shouldn’t buy players over 26 but raphinha would’ve been a shout if it wasn’t for his wages and his age. Bruno isn’t leaving but we do need a destroyer in the squad. Way off the mark on Newcastle. No ffp issues, revenues set to grow dramatically (chamions league money and addidas deal going into this years books) + Bruno’s release clause is only active to June 30th meaning that anyone triggering it must have £100m of ffp room left THIS SEASON. Probably limits it to PSG. Expect to see this model copied by other clubs. It effectively means if you get the full fee in the coming window as you’re running 3 yr is now in a huge surplus (remember books balanced back in March) and you make it extremely hard for competing clubs to pick your players off without giving themselves an ffp issue.
How the heck do Benfica need to sell for FFP! What are they spending all of that money on? I thought they turn a profit year on year because they always seem to sell people for crazy money
