Colin Rogers Day 218 .. what would you do?

- If you have no idea what I’m talking about there’s some links down below but basically on June 15, 2023 my 17-year-old son was grabbed by the arms. The window of the automobile was rolled up and they drug him 2 1/2 football fields 855 feet, and have left him in a coma. The criminals were quickly apprehended arraigned and got a slap on the wrist even though they pled guilty to the crimes because they were minors, they were set free within three months never spending one single day in jail and I just don’t know what to do I’m at my wits end…
This has cost him his life …. And not as bad, but ours as well…..
I know I’m his father, but he truly was a great great young man and was destined for great things or at least I thought he was anyways….. 🥺

Well I got the word today that the driver…. On probation, but off of tether… While Colin is still in a coma !!!! Literally makes no sense whatsoever….
If there’s any legal advice, anyone has, I don’t know what to do. I just don’t know what to do. If you can help me reach out to somebody and tell them the story of Colin it doesn’t matter who Attorneys news, people anybody everybody you can possibly think of this is ridiculous , I would really appreciate it.

Its the Just-us system and we aren't part of it. Department of justice is the most corrupt branch of our government and employees some of the most sadistic and violent criminals in this country. I absolutely relate to your frustration as i was personally railroaded by them recently. Their own personal gain from EVERY encounter they make is ALL they worry about!

It only boils down to people watching their community elections and not electing people that don’t have morals and values
But eventually, I think no matter who you vote for after a while they have no morals and values either I would probably push for term limits, but term limits are easy when you vote people out
Is there a way to go after them civilly? A way to get a significant monetary judgment that you can then get a lien on the kids current and future assets, a lien in the parent's house, etc?

He’s still in a coma coming up on a year but he’s with us so we’re blessed. And he looks great. He just isn’t great.
I would have lost mind by now.
I’m getting there

My wife coded three times as I stood there and watched them work on her. So when you're going through hell, keep going.
Continuing Prayers for you all. I am so sorry you all are going through this mess. The video should be shown so the prosecuting people so ALL can see. The legal system is a disgrace to the victims.😢❤
Get the best attorney you can. It's the only way common people have any chance against the system.

I didn't know he slipped back into a coma. Last I saw he was awake and doing light rehab.
Yes, coma isn’t like the movies he’s always been in a coma, but until he can verbally communicate or eat, they consider him in a coma. there’s a scale, and he is number 15 on the scale that scale has not moved since about the second month from his injuries. It’s better than it was though because it used to be three. And the scale goes up to 30 if I remember correctly.
