When I was a kid we sometimes would visit my grandparents in North Germany where they didn't really have any technology. So I would just sit on a desk and write fantasy stories. Pretty crazy how creative you get without stimulation.

The vibe that this video brought to me is really inspiring. It's been just a few weeks that I have discovered the art of doing absolutely nothing, and just pay attention to what's going on inside. Whenever I was feeling frightened or anxious, I would always slow down by doing this isolation from everything that was going on with the world. I have to say that it's changed my life. I do regularly do 72 hour fasts - the last day I always feel like I’ve taken the pills in the film Limitless.
I think fast, do fast, speak fast then get the serenity, and all hunger goes- completely.

I took mushrooms ... went to the Amsterdam floating tanks for 2 hours ... wrote notes at the end and then I went to the Van Gogh museum ... one of the best experiences I ever had in my entire life.
I still have those notes in my evernote and wrote this down:
✓Stop justifying yourself
✓Stop seeing things as attacks
✓Release express and voice your repressed anger frustrations and opinions daily, sigh more
✓Do a daily activity to celebrate yourself and appreciate what you do
✓Talk more with your higher self
✓ Instead of thinking as a monologue use thinking as a dialogue
✓Ask deeper why's .. find out the origin story
✓Connect with your mom to heal your relationship and view about women
✓Give attention to that inner child that never felt listened to
✓You dont always have to be able to explain everything (to understand it)
You should try a sensory/sleep deprivation chamber next.

I had a concussion couple weeks ago this is exactly what I did except wearing a blindfold and eating. It sucked but I becamed immediately in imagination and dreams. Kinda miss it but I hate being hurt

I don’t think you should really start counting fasting from when you stopped eating, it’s still in your stomach and being digested into blood glucose etc for quite some time. Clinical fasting studies usually measure blood glucose drop to start the clock.
