Jay, yet again great job and you are better at this than you think...I've seen alot of bad welding and fab work on old cars and would gladly hand money over for that job no problem 💰💰💰
Thanks Richard. Yeah man to be honest that small panel was so much work it’s crazy. Then I have all inside the engine bay to finish off nice and paint etc.
You’ve done a decent job, having done a lot of metal work, try breaking it down into sections, make each part and weld them together, it can work out easier, there’s a guy in Cannock name dave, chevette man lol would offer advice and parts availability
@markb1402 yes mate it’s exactly that. I have a couple of videos already up showing round it etc when I started the restoration. It’s a 1983 Vauxhall chevette special
Looking good mate well done you definitely worked hard making that I don’t think many people would try nowadays to make something like that and like you say the wing hides it 👍
That turned out very well Jay , I’m looking forward to the finished project 👍👍
Thank you Les that’s much appreciated
Have a basic plan, prepare for the worst, and think your way to a desired compromise, then attack from all sides. Victory will be had.
This is it 🔥🔥🔥
