This game doesn’t make sense at all like wen you land on any of your properties can you still build on top of any properties I feel like that’s cheating because that’s how I just won the game it was so easy

The game is cool but I feel like it's very easy to build and win very fast, you get ressources as long as you buy every property you land on and as long as you're the first one to make a full building without giving other the time to build theirs, you win. It's just a matter of who can finish their one building the fastest.
The game has some issues. I think that they rushed it out before testing it
This is fantastic, my biggest fear when I first heard about this game was that it would be exactly the same as Monopoly Space

I can't seem to find the actual rules for this online anywhere. I like this video, would just love the rules.
My question is when can you build the second floor? Like you have to roll into your property in order to build it or you can build it whenever you like?
That’s the real question I just won the game by landing on my random property building on top of my biggest building so I feel like it don’t make sense
You can build when you have the resources.
@@user-fj2or3xp2c So you think that just because I am living in an apartment at Baltic Avenue, I can't call my contractor and have them continue the project at my own property across town? Generally speaking, people don't occupy a building that is under construction.
If I own a factory, you think that I can only add onto it if I am living there...
What if the dice were rolled and it was both six and someone has bought a property where it says you get 2 resources when dice rolled a total of 12. Is the person who has that property gets the resources and the player roll the dice again because it was double?

Hellooo...the Roll for resourses means everytime you roll the dice and whatever you get in number you pick 2 coins?that's what I didn't understand..and if you have above 6 the extra you are letting them to the block you are so who ever passes can pick them..also each card you have has a specific number...if you roll that number you also take coin?(coin I mean those circle things that we have in 4 colours...sorry but I couldn't understand well as you are talking to fast...

@vivism5616 All of the players will look at the Title Deeds that they currently own. If the total rolled on the dice is on one or more of your Title Deeds, you will take two of the corresponding resources from the Bank. If the player rolls a six, all of the players will take two resources of the type assigned to them by their reference card.
Why is a boat a resource in this game when the other three are construction vehicles? How are boats associated with construction?
I think there is a body of water on the board
Maybe they want to make it more real? Some times we bring and buy materials and things from abroad to be able to build.
It's Mr Monopoly's island. I imagine you need a ship to get your materials..

No it's one space
@@BoardGameMuseumer There is no space between. And there is no rule stating they are not "next" to each other.
In most games, tiles that are separated by a seam are "next" to each other. I see no reason it would be different in this game.

Can a person who lands on a property and does not want to purchase it at first still participate in the auction?
You can in regular monopoly, so I'd assume this one too

there was a mix up, this game bankruptcy will not put you out of the game, the rules say that if you go bankrupt, you're still in the game!

I don’t understand how the resources work. We are having to collect at least 2 or more resources earn bear every turn, and the bank is empty because they are on the board and haven’t been picked up yet… what then?? Take them from the board? I don’t understand this game.
You earn the resources by landing on the spaces. You can then trade in those resources for bells. After you land on nooks cranny, you can then use the bells to buy the decorations. Its like collect 1.00 worth of change, then trade the change in for $1. Then use the dollar to buy the item.
@@BoardGameMuseumer I am unsure of what bells or decorations you’re referring to lol. You earn resources every time someone rolls a certain number (a 6, or if you own a property whatever number is on that property). Yes, you’re supposed to be buying floors and building, but if nobody does, the bank is not getting anymore resource tokens and therefore can’t give any out.
OOK you're talking about monopoly builders. I never ran into that problem but if nobody is buying anything then I would suggest just trading. People eventually are gonna have to spend the tokens to buy the floors.
@@BoardGameMuseumer I thought I was commenting on the monopoly builders game review lol. Sorry. Yes, it was very confusing. We just ended up putting the game back in the box because it seemed like too much work for every single turn and for a dumb end result. lol.

really? this dumb game can be done within 5 mins. once u collect a few properties it will be super easy to get extra resources and finish the building. whats so special actually????
I think to make it longer, you could try only building at the start of your turn. And/or only allowing the penthouse to built after all other blocks are built.

I collect monopoly games and do a game night once a week with my brother and husband.....this game is a waste of money....we all agreed we'd probably never play it again..
