Increasing the percentages of characters who are LGBT is an important goal from a perspective of intersectionality, but what about from a perspective of fiduciary responsibility? What do Netflix's shareholders think about this waste of money? How about studies on how to make some compelling entertainment? Soon, all the people who still (unknowingly) subscribe will have their credit cards expire. What's management's plan then?
