    Calling something a “hostage swap” with no further explanation when one of the sides were unarmed civilians and the other side were armed radicals is unbelievable. But what can we expect from Hamas Piker at this point?

    • @neosaiah
      @neosaiah 4 місяці тому +1

      I’m sure you know this but to Hasan, those unarmed civilians are settlers, which in his mind is 1000x worse than armed radicals who want nothing more than to eliminate every Israeli they can. No wonder they call him Hamas Piker.

      Israel does not release numbers of detainees in its military system and is the only country in the world that automatically and systematically prosecutes children in military courts.

    4:39 It’s easy to make this point if Israel’s actions are always ok, they have never committed ANY war crimes, and only Hamas has anything to do with this situation…
    5:46 is a key crypto point… like if Destiny lived in the 40s and 50s… I wonder what he’d have to say about the Civil Rights protestors. They have the right to make those K9s attack the marchers. Funny how now we’re arguing against civil disobedience. MLK being a Zionist means nothing. I bet these two would be against A LOT of what they stood for. Do they only get to use their methods for viewpoints that they agree with 😂
    I’m pretty sure their view on Israel/Palestine would be very different compared to how they would view the two countries today. That too is a dishonest framing.

      Why would it matter if Israel did war crimes in the past? Do you think the chinese military is allowed to infiltrate Japan and take a bunch of random cilivians hostage, just because imperial Japan committed war crimes against the chinese in the past? Your views would end in infinite conflict and war, until one side is annihilated, you are pro genocide.
      Destiny goes based on what MLK had said and done, not on interpretations of MLK's views from insane, pro riot lefties and terrorist symphatizers. Learn about the facts of the matter instead of ideology driven virtue signaling, it would do you good.

      not speaking on the israeli conflict but just war in general. war crimes will happen. nobody has clean hands in war. if they did then there probably wouldnt be war. thats true with every war that has been ever fought. also when we get into war crimes discussions. ever notice nobody really knows what theyre talking about? a bridge gets and people scream "war crime". infrastructure gets targeted and they scream "war crime". when you actually look into whether it is or isnt thats where it gets complicated and eventually the answer is "no its not a war crime" because it supports enemy activities.
      its kinda like when people generally talk about the "rules of engagement" because they heard that line from the movie "black hawk down" so they just repeat "dont fire unless fired upon" not knowing that the rules of engagement change all the time during war. ill use the invasion of Iraq for example where we were pushing through areas and the Rules of Engagement was to assume everyone in certain areas were enemy combatants. civilians were killed. civilians were killed at checkpoints because they didnt slow down or stop when they were told to.
      these topics arent black n white.

      Wasn't that the entire point of the sit-ins? It was literally "these cops and society are so racist that if we sit here and do nothing, they will (legally) remove and arrest us, but they will use too much force (illegal) and make us look good"? Part of civil disobedience is getting arrested to make a point, none of the civil rights protests would have changed anyone's mind had the cops just calmly and cleanly arrested protesters breaking the law and dispersed the crowds.
      If you wanna be disobedient and protest the system and break the law to force change from the university, that action comes with risk, and if you're not willing to risk expulsion or jail time for the cause you're protesting for then why protest in the first place?
      I'll ask because I have zero clue, was having k9's attack protesters marching in the street legal from police? Because that would determine whether destiny would or would not support it even if he thought it'd be morally wrong.

    Many Palestinian prisoners are held in Israel under administrative detention, arrested for crimes such as speech and nonviolent protest. An estimated 2,000 Palestinians are held in Israeli prisons without any charges against them, and those who are charged face a more than 99% conviction rate in Israeli military courts.] Israeli authorities, however, have labeled all the released prisoners as "terrorists"; they had been detained for "offenses related to Israel’s security", from throwing stones to supporting terrorism and attempted murder. Of the 300 prisoners initially
